Shipping Method & Costs:

COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 delivery times are more likely to be affected worldwide. Please take this into consideration before purchasing from BY ZEENA.

Our goods are packed in a clean/well sanitised area, however due to handling your parcel should be disinfected upon arrival. Please remember to disinfect your BY ZEENA parcel and any other parcels you receive. 

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

UK 1st Class - £4.00 (Up to 3 working days)

EU Tracked - £9.50 (Up to 7 working days - this varies depending on countries)

US Tracked - £10.50 (Up to 10 working days)

International - £10.50 (Up to 14 working days)

Please note: Due to factors such as postal services, customs and busier periods i.e. public holidays it can take slightly longer for your items to arrive on time. Please bare this in mind when ordering and allow enough time for your item/s to be delivered.

 

Tracking:

Will I Be Able To Track My Order? 

We provide full tracking with each order and it's up to the customer to keep updated with shipment details. You can follow your order via Royal Mail by entering the tracking number sent to your email

Countries facing issues: 

* Germany - We've noticed that attempted deliveries are only made once, please ensure you are following your parcel to be kept updated with the expected arrival date. 

* USA & Canada - During Winter, parcels may take exceptionally longer to be delivered due to extreme weather conditions, please bare this in mind when placing your By Zeena Order.

What Are Your Processing Times?

We process orders within 3 working days however this may differ during busier periods. * The current pandemic means that our current way of processing can take up to 7 days to process your order before it is shipped.
